giroz.jpgWe would like to give you a summary of what TRP presented at the 2008 Nurenberg Fair.

At the fair, TRP only presented the most recent novelties which we will try to summarize in this article.

GiroZ novelties:

GiroZ presented its new USB adapted for use with computers without a parallel port and also they presented the new software developed by Jesús Broeño for the windows version.
They also presented as a novelty the new line of transponders with the connecter included in the pcb.

At the fair a demonstration version that showing a race was on display  so that the people passing by the stand could see watch it as if it were a real race.
Naturally the sounds that the system produced grabbed the attention of the crowds in a attendance.

PN Slot novelties:
PN Slot presented as its latest novelty, its new 1:28 Scale GrupoZ slot car,  which has a  pleasant blend of slot and miniz cars. The great advantage of this new car is thatm, due to its reduced size it can be used on plastic Carrera o Ninco type race tracks and thus competitions can be held at this level. This new category is just between the 1:32 and 1:24, greatly facilitating the task of assembling the chassis.

In this Slot chassis it is possibe to use the bodies available for Miniz, thus making its assembly very easy.
The chassis has a few simple adjustments that make the final tune-ups easy for the user.

The idea of the GrupoZ was gratefully recieved by all of the professional visitors of the fair given that for a "Target" price of 80eur it is possible to have a highly competitive chassis with high  detail bodies characteristic of the MiniZ.

Another novelty presented by PN Slot was the new carbon V2 flex motor mount; so highly valued by the competitors that some haven´t been able to resist the temptation of making "bad imitations".

Likewise, for the Rally Slot 1:32 fans a new pully was presented that, together with the ultralight tire, turned out to be a much more lightweight set than the conventional Llanta+pully   set.

polea.jpg                                          As you can observe in the image, this pulley substitutes the aluminium ring, making the set the most lightweight on the market.
These new pulleys use the small 0.9mm allen srew to carry out the double function of fastening ring and at the same time, a track for the integral traction pullies.
One of the other eye - catchers was the group presentation of Technicolour paints in which 19 of the 21 colours of the range were displayed for the public via VW Golf bodies with a dazzling effect in some cases.

The colours and effects obtained once glossed were spectacular and the quality really stood out to the eyes of all the visitors passing by.

In this photo you can appreciate the special colours such  as pearl orange, pearl pink, the yellows with a special finish as with the bronze and maroon.

The solid colours made up of shades for competitions was the great surprise for some of the visiting companies, given that many times the colours of the paints are designed more for model makers than for drivers who  want to colour their cars with racing decorations.

It must be mentioned that this year, our second year as exhibitors at this fair, we were finally at a better location.

Incidentally we must mention that David Moret was able to test out the new version of the KO Propo model for the new Kyosho 2.4 system as with the new EX-UR transmitter that will be for sale shortly.
