Registration is now open for the first edition of the Atomic Race that will be held in Albacete.



This race, sponsored by Atomic has been organised by the Albazeta Club. On this particular occaision the organising body has at thier disposal a sporting complex to house the event and have contacted with a series of hotels in the area in order to offer as many accomodation facilities as possible to the participants.

The Atomic Race World Final will be held in Hong Kong in September 2008 and, although the race that is to be held in Spain doesn´t count for any particular championship, we have organised it in the likeliness of what will be the world final.

Initially we have decided on 4 different categories, similar to those that will take place in HK. In the case that one of these categories shouldn´t reach a minimum of 6 registrations, it will not be held.

For this event , to the delight of the participating drivers, the organisers of the Albazeta Club have made available a track with large dimensions.

The motor selection (with the range of ATM motors) for each category will be the most important handicap to be encountered by the participants.
