In this article you can see the document sent by Pep Huelva, current delegate for the Andalusian championship

Hello everyone. In the following text I have shared with you the conclusions and modifications that were approved yesterday inthe meeting with Ecija:

RACE DATES IN ANDALUSIA:
15/01/2006 Sevizeta (SevillE)
12/03/2006 Posadas
28/05/2006 Alcalá la Real
02/07/2006 Pto de Sta Maria
03/09/2006 Granada (decision to be made between Gojar and Jayena)

01/10/2006 Pto de la Torre (Malaga)
19/11/2006 Championship Cup in Cartaya (Huelva)

In all the trail races the lowest score will be eliminated just like last year

As far as the competition rules are concerned the use of a sistem of clips will be required to block frecuencies during the weekend of the competition.
Sancions will be applied after one warning for those drivers who carry out the job of car collecting, for those who have transmitters on top of the table during the course of the competition and for those who put thier cars to race on the tracks between legs even though they aren´t one of the participants of the leg that is about to begin.

Between each leg a margin of 3 minutes will be given before starting. The driver that isn´t ready once this 3 minute period is up will not be able to participate at the start, that is, if the driver is unable to put the car on the track without any disruption once the leg has started.
There will be a verification of vehicles before each leg, given that only once type of chassis is permitted. In other words the driver that signs up with a MM will have to race in the MM category and thus wouldn´t be able to pass as an RM

NEW CATEGORIES
The trucks category has finally been introduced so that this year we will have 3 championships  (Racer, F1 and trucks). The registration fee for Racer will be 12 euros, for F1 3euros and for trucks 3 euros.

The 4x4 will not be a category this year although the aspiring club could organise an exhibition leg.

LAP Z
This year the timing system in all circuits will be the LapZ system. The transponders will always be personal and at no time will the club be obligated to provide them.

RACE DIRECTOR OR SPEAKER
The presence of a race director will be obligatory at each circuit so they could verify that each driver is using the correct chassis each time, warn the racing doubles to allow themselves to be overtaken (if they don´t cooperate they will be sanctioned) and inform the drivers of the situation during the race.

During the start of the races if a driver provokes a serious accident due to a lack of mantainance, this will cause the leg to be repeated and the culprit will be the last to start the next leg.

Likewise, protests will not be allowed during the course of the leg due to any disapproval with the classification announced by the director. Any protests will have to wait until the end of the leg, considering that the director is limited to the information recieved from the LapZ.

The driver will always be responsible for any failure in timekeeping and never the LapZ. It is manadatoy that the LapZ is functioning correctly on Saturday for the afternoon training sessions.

TROPHIES
Prize giving will be equally recognized in all circuits.
The trophies will be given to all participants of the racer A FINAL, to the top three in the F1 and the top participant in the TRUCKS.

NUMBER OF PILOTS IN EACH LEG
In the same manner the number of 7 drivers will be recognized in each leg.
This number will remain constant regardless of the number of pilots registered
or the width of the race track.

TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP IN ANDALUSIA
This team championship has been decided separate from the individual championships and will use the results of the individual championship.

Teams with a minimum of 3 drivers will be formed (pilots will be obligated to only one team per season, and teams can increase thier numbers only if the incorporated drivers haven´t raced in another team).

Each team can compete in all categories.
The teams will recieve the score of the two participants that have earned most points in the individual race in the racer category and in the F1 and truck categories , only the highest score.
The teams will be identified by thier clothing and car body work  painted with the same colours. All depends on the amount of money each team wants to spend. Remember that this is an individual championship so team membership is not mandatory.
With this we hope to bring a bit more excitement to the championship.

THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT TO DO THE 2006 ANDALUSIAN CHAMPIONSHIP WITH A TEAM WILL HAVE TO SEND A LETTER WITH THE NAME AND COMPONENTS OF THE TEAM to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it before 10/01/2006. Every team that doesn´t meet the deadline will not be able to participate as a team in the 2006 championship.

SCHEDULE CHANGES
The beggining of the races on Sunday will vary between 10:00am and 09:00, until futher notice.

OTHER ISSUES
I have been reelected as a delegate for Andalusia in 2006.

so except for isolated cases, I hope that you address any doubts or problems to me directly at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it until we set up the new messenger account that represents the Andalusian championship.
We will remain independant from AECAR.
The doors will be opened to the Zetas as long as this doesn´t lead to the total modificación of the car body.
For the rest of the issues we continue to govern in terms of timekeeping and other regulations, according to last years regulations. As soon as I do the relevant modifications to the 2005 regulation to adapt it to 2006 I will send it to you via mail to the joint account This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Kind regards to all and if there is any doubt or missed out information on my part in this letter you can find me either here or on the messenger.
